Innas Hydraulic Transformer

The Innas Hydraulic Transformer (IHT) converts hydraulic energy. An input flow at a certain given pressure can be converted to an output flow at any other pressure level almost without power loss. The ratio between input pressure and output pressure as well as the ratio between supply flow and delivered flow can be chosen by setting the rotational position of the port plate.
The IHT principle could best be compared to an electric transformer where the product of voltage and current in principle remain constant.
