Candido Jacuzzi (1903-1986) is one of the 13 children of Italian Giuseppe Jacuzzi, who immigrates to the USA in 1915. There, father and sons start manufacturing air plane components, but they switch to the production of filters and pumps, as one of the sons dies in a crash during a test flight. Candido transforms one of the air plane pumps into a pump for a bubble bath for his son Kenneth, who suffers from arthritis.

For the Chiron a HEUI injector of Caterpillar
Inc. was chosen. The control of the injector is integrated in the control
module of the Chiron. The HEUI injector is hydraulically actuated and
the energy is taken from the hydraulic energy delivered by the hydraulic
pump part. |
