Doubling the number of pistons by introducing
the phase shift of the port plates
has positive effects on lowering the noise levels. Reducing pressure pulsations
directly affects the sound output. Pressure pulsations
generated by the pump in the system will be reduced as well. This results
in a reduction of fluid borne noise. |
