Promoters of the Chicago boxing world saw a successful career for Edwin Hubble (1889-1953) who was a gifted boxer. However, Hubble decided astronomy to be his calling. Therefore his name is connected to the well-known telescope and not to a heavy-weight boxing title of the world.
